An Explanation is in Order for the New Look

In short, my blog broke. Something bad happened with the numerous scripts that has occurred. As such, this has forced my hand. I’ve been meaning to work on a new layout for some time over the winter break before New Years. Now technical difficulties have ramped up the schedule a lot. School just started for me so I’ll need to work swiftly. I had narrowed down my theme choices to a few and this was one of them. Customization tends to take a bit of time. This will be no different.

So if you’re reading this in a feedreader or via email, please keep it up.

What this means to you

Absolutely nothing. What this means is that some functionality is reduced. No Twitterfeed, no recommended readings, no recent posts, etc.

I’m so embarrassed. Bear with me. Thank goodness for four day weekends.

  1. Snazzy comment field, Visin likes =D
Anyways, I completely understand the errors in coding but if you need any help with that sort of thing I can pretty much guarantee I could fix it. Lol I have seen it all.

Keep up your good work and don’t let the small flaw of an error mess with the quality!

  2. This is like being caught with your pants down. It’s like having a riding crop on when you’re raiding. Matt doesn’t DO stuff like this. He does’t use template layouts. He uses “CUSTOMIZED” template layouts after he spends a good part of his life working on them BEFORE unleashing them upon the world.

    How humiliating.

  3. I have to admit, this morning when I pulled up your site I was like “what happened?!” but I really like this format. Anything you change will take some getting used to, but visually this is very nice.

  4. It does look a bit different, but it’s nice, too. At least when I can find posts to look at (via the archive). If I just go to the blog main page, it’s blank.

Yet another hassle I don’t have to deal with by not having my own blog. 😉 Best of luck getting it sorted out.
