WoR do seem to have caught up now though! Wowraid has changed guild recruitment like wowhead one-shotted thottbot; it’s a database-driven search. Matt, relaxing gear standard is a good idea. Also, players tend to not like obvious repetition even though a lot of things in WoW is in essence, endless grind fests or rat races. This period of the WotLK expansion would mirror the period before SWP came out in TBC. I remember alot of guilds having trouble with raider burnout/boredom or losing members from other factors. I hope you guys manage to get past this lull in recruitment and kick ass in Ice crown! I've been applying for jobs for a month and I have an insight. This tool is ALMOST perfect. What it needs is a Common Application (like U.S. colleges have) so prospective applicants can send a first note of interest to many guilds at once and see who bites. You know what?
