Your tribe starts with 1. Then 2. Then 10. Then 20. Before you know it, you eventually shoot past 100, 500, and even 1000. But everyone had to start from somewhere. The best way to grow is to interact and take care of them. Because those 10 or 20 readers are going to be the ones that help promote you and your work. Love your readers, even if there's only 2 or 3 of them. Nourish them, care for them, see them and respond to their comments. I think that's the way to go for a new blogger, or well, for any blogger actually.
