Any number higher than that for the moment. In any case, I fixed that. There's some goals that are difficult to quantify (at least for me). Sometimes there are no goals. Walking 30 minutes every day is quanitifiable, you know if you've done it or not. By saying "increased content" - you haven't defined by how much.
