There&#039;s some goals that are difficult to quantify (at least for me). Sometimes there are no goals. Sometimes its just an action (like letting things go).</description>

		<description>Not to be snarky... but not all of your goals and sub goals/processes are measurable - or SMART for that matter. Walking 30 minutes every day is quanitifiable, you know if you&#039;ve done it or not.  By saying &quot;increased content&quot; - you haven&#039;t defined by how much. So how do you know if you&#039;ve reached your goal?
