I know it’s a few weeks out now, but you may wish to include Scalpel of the Royal Apothecary from the Argent Tournament Horde quartermasters. It has the same spellpower as the Staff of Draconic Combat and all for the price of a few dailies. It’s stats are:
28 STAM
38 INT
38 SPI
408 Spellpower
It’s epic and worthy to be held with Obscure Remedies IMO

Since you suggested some of the heroics, i found the following to be easier to do, though probably less entertaining.

H-Nex, H-UK, H-VH are the three fairly straightforward heroics, and can net between 10-11 badges per day. 3 days of grinding all 3 out and you have had a chance to grab the War Mace of Unrequited Love from the H-Nex boss, the 25 emblems needed for Lattice Choker of Light (neck), and kirin tor rep should be about revered, if not well into it depending on your questing done prior to.

For those without a guild pass into raiding naxx and reliant on pugs, you’ll find that people will want experience and knowledge of fights, something you wont possess, and therefore your best alternative is to outgear some people who’ve been in once or twice, and the best way to do that is grind a bit on heroics.

Kirin tor exalted has a nice chest as well, so there is an additional reason for any healer, or really any dual spec heal/shadow priest to be interested in seeing that one all the way through.

Buy Reanimator’s Cloak at your local AH.
It is better than Wispcloak for a Holy Priest IMO, and far cheaper too.

I’d also like to add that if you’re a tailor you can put Sanctified Spellthread on your pants (equivelant of Brilliant Spellthread) and it only costs 1 eternium thread to do so.

Glove enchants Ã¢â‚¬â€œ Exceptional Spellpower is a (relatively) cheap glove enchant you can toss onto your mitts. Spellpower gets increased by 28.
“Tailors get the option of further enchanting their own CLOAK with Darkglow Embroidery.”
