Thanks a LOT for this list.. I have the Staff of Restraint and THOUGHT about trading it for the Wraith Strike but won’t bother now.

@Danelow: Unsure why you think Spirit returns less mana post TBC.

The coefficient for spirit-based mana regen is based on your character level, which means that the mana regen from spirit does indeed drop as you level up.

Mana Regen (SPI, INT, LEVEL) = (0.001+SPI*BASE_REGEN[LEVEL]*(INT^0.5))*5

The Base Regen values to work with this formula for levels 70 and 80 are:

70 0.009327
80 0.005575

As you can see, the regen per point of spirit drops considerably — so much so that one could make a legitimate argument that 1 point of intellect is worth about 5 points of spirit during a long fight.

Unsure why you think Spirit returns less mana post TBC. I did the calculations the other day and @ lvl 70 in full T4 you get about the same regen as a percentage of your total mana as you do @ lvl in 80 full T7.

T4 @ lvl 70 = 66.1 Mp5
T7 @ lvl 80 = 163 Mp5

While your Intellect, hence mana pool, has gone up by about 2.3 times.

This works just the same as crit, hit, etc.
