		<description>Agreed,  receiving feedback from the member base is pure gold, even when what they say is not what you want to hear.  And remember, when receiveing feedback, accept responsibility liberally and share credit liberally and should your reply be negative, try to handle it in private.  Embarassing a member publically is not a good way to encourage future feedback, just gquits.</description>
