Reputation is a decent proxy for some raids (e.g., Hydraxian Waterlords), and always always always recruit someone exalted with Gnomeregan Exiles! I know some people in game who are completionists and I worry for their mental sanity. I mean, it's impossible to complete everything unless you're an über-quester, PVPer, and raider.
