I currently have 25 stacks of Netherweave stockpiled to burn through the first few points of First Aid. In terms of enchanting though, in BC, the Outland enchants used pure Outland mats, no Azeroth dust, essences, or shards whatsoever, so if Blizzard follows suit, you won't have to stock enchanting mats at all because there are no orange or yellow enchants at 375 that can be inexpensively grinded.
