My guild raids 4x 25-man per week (3hrs/raid) and members are obligated to attend two of those. Kara/Za are done more pick-up style. And we are a casual guild so we just take our time learning and trying. I enjoy it. But considering that we r not a hardcore guild, but more like a casual,family place , i doubt we will raid more than 1-2 days per week, and the raid will not last longer than 3-4 hrs. Well thats the plan ,but we will c how the future will be xD We all now how this game is sticky and how many promises that we make to us self get broken so easy.. Well our guild is just about to do the first raid..to Karazhan tonight.
