The requirements are pretty easy and don't mess with your other gem selections too much. I'm one of those kooky spirit priests so I have loads of +8 spirit blue gems in my gear. This makes having the Bracing Earthstorm Diamond almost impossible for me. One thing that a lot of priests lack out there is stamina. That meta gem can make up for a fair bit of stamina you might be missing for T5/T6 content. One meta gem you left out that might be useful:

Powerful earthstorm diamond
+18 Stamina
5% stun resist
Requires at least 3 blue gems.

The requirements are pretty easy and don’t mess with your other gem selections too much. I’m one of those kooky spirit priests so I have loads of +8 spirit blue gems in my gear.
