I love winning by the skin of my teeth.... last week when we downed Prince it was all going swimmingly until phase three. He managed to wipe out the entire caster group except for a warlock, and then the melee dps started to fall. With 2% left it was me (feral tank) and the tough little warlock. And then Curse of Doom triggered.... and the big guy fell. Whew.... Nice job on the Curator save. =) Great story.

He managed to wipe out the entire caster group except for a warlock, and then the melee dps started to fall. With 2% left it was me (feral tank) and the tough little warlock. We had something similar on a Bot run a while back. The tank was a newly Prot specced Pally who's threat generation was craptacular (just no expirence). Despite my best efforts he goes down while Saranis has about 40% left. There was me 2 Ragues and a Hunter left. One of the Rogues did everything he could to get a good threat lead and sprinted in circles while the other followed behind and the hunter DPS'ed from a distance. Of course my healing aggro was huge so when he went down I was next. The Hunter Fegined and the other Rogue did a similar tactic and when he died the good Comander was down to about 5%. The pet tanked for just long enough to take her down. One guy left standing! My other great story is in Old Hills. We had all died and Thrall managed to take down the last 4% of the final boss all by his lonesome! Took forever, but he did it with about 2% left. Situations like that are a lot of fun.
