		<description>Good points but I would add Flexibility.  In my op a good leader has the ability to see what resources he/she has and the knowledge to use those resources to accomplish the goal.  If you have someone in your group who is equally gearded as another member and has the same talents, that doesn&#039;t mean that you&#039;ll get the same results, some people are just better at doing certain things than others and a leader has to recognize that and use the talents of the people that they have.  You can&#039;t just plug a square peg in a square hole and think that the job is done.</description>
