I have seen 50yr olds like like imature brats while some kids can be great players that always bring their A game. I admit to being a little biased on the subject since my son plays along with his friends. He's 11. As for adult language, I don't know why people want to talk like they are in a bar while on Vent. I try not to complain because then they might try to put an age restriction on the guild, like you suggest, instead of cleaning up their language. So, just like all's fair when recruiting other businesses employees to your company, it's also fair to recruit other guilds' members to your guild. If you can't keep your own guild members happy enough to stay, then maybe you ought to re-evaluate your guild policies.
