Sweet, I got my Macbook

It’s awesome! It’s got that new fresh computer smell. I’ve been tracking it all morning on the Fedex tracking site. Problem is they keys do not appear to be sensitive enough or I am not pressing them hard enough or maybe Im just a bad typist. Anyway, I’m making this post up on the mountain at the University. Cognitive Science 100 starts in 10 minutes. Better run!
By the way, if anyone’s got any Macbook related products that you think I should grab, let me know. I’m looking for some kind of a case, or sheath for it. Not a dedicated bag. Something to help protect my keyboard too. I’m debating that product from iSkin which I use to protect my iPod Video but it protects the keyboard instead.
I'm Matticus and I play a Dwarf Priest. My home is in Conquest, a raiding Guild that I have founded. Every week, I log 12 hours raiding on Ner'Zhul.
Wynthea is the Troll Priest with the best Mohawk on Firetree. Currently, I raid 4 nights a week in a hardcore guild. I started playing WoW in May 2005, and raiding end-game in May 2007. My guild is currently working through 25-man WotLK content. I've tried playing other classes, but Priests are my passion. I am extremely fond of Dwarves.... especially with Ketchup. 
My name is Sydera and I like to heal things--think Florence Nightingale with foliage. I play a night elf druid on Ner'Zhul, and I raid 12 hours a week. As a guild officer for Conquest, I coordinate healing and recruit new raiders. I started playing WoW in Fall 2005, and it was love at first click. Before I discovered the joys of Broccoli-stalk healing, I raided as a holy paladin, and I now have alts in all healing classes. I have to say, though, bark beats poofy dresses and heavy plate in my book.
Grats on the new ‘puter. My youngest son has had a MacBook for a year or so, and loves it. The next laptop I buy will be a MacBook, for certain.
Out of curiosity, where are you going to school? (Somewhere, I got the impression you’re in Canada?)
I reside in BC and attend Simon Fraser University.
I’m gettning one of the new iMacs next week, can’t wait!! My hubby has a Macbook and really likes the cases from iSkin. Just enough padding for a little extra protection but not bulky.

I’m desperately wishing I knew how to alt-tab out of WoW when its running. I’m also wishing I knew how to take a screenshot without ‘printscreen’.

Oh gosh, I’m sorry. I don’t know if I can! I don’t play WoW on my macbook. It’s used mostly for academics and blogging. If I installed WoW on it, I would never be able to get any work finished.
Generally, I press the F11 key or one of the ones around it to switch out of programs. But I have no idea

For Screenshots, simply rebind the key. It’ll be under keybindings.
For Alt Tab, Apple(Command) + Tab should work. if not, what I did when I had my macbook was I would run it in windowed mode, but have it maximized so it would look like full screen.

If you plan on buying something, make it the DVI converter. I don’t really know if you need it or not but it has been very useful to me during presentations or just to use an external screen.
Federico, thank you! I’ve actually been looking at DVI converters. I’m just deciding if I NEED one or if I just WANT one.
Any luck on the cases, the protective sheaths? I myself am looking for something to protect the entirety of my macbook…the outside and inside. Help anyone? Iskins…is not quite what I was looking for…
Hi, I am not a blogger but a newbie to Mac’s. I have a Mac book pro and just love it. I am playing a very addictive game called Hatchlings and clicking on links to peoples’ basket links. My problem is that I can’t keep the pages open, it always reverts back to the link. which slows the process down. My goal is to collect 25 eggs a minute, Yes I said eggs. It is a competition world wide competition. I am unable to work due to health problems and this is the only thing that I have enjoyed in a long time.
. That is why my husband saved up to buy me this wonderful computer.
